Testimony of Andrew Woods (jr?) and Robert M. Woods that will is from Nicholas:
I give to my wife and eldest son Robert the Plantation we now live situated on the bank of the Ohio containing 118 acres, Robert and Mary should take care of all other heirs,
My son Joseph $150 when he is of age for his dowry, my son Richard $150 when he is of age for his dowry, and each female heir an equal share in the above mentioned property that is to say one bed and bedding, one cow and ten dollars or ten dollars in such things as they may want towards house keeping. The will should be fulfilled within 5 years time that Richard is of age, and Robert and his heirs.

Will was made on 19th of Sept 1831 and sealed in court on 30th Sept 1831.

Andrew Woods is a witness on Nicholas' will and also states he owes money to Robert Allender in Robert's estate and Martin Todd is the physician and he is on the 1850 census near Joseph Allender.

Nicholas died at St Clairsville, Belmont County, Ohio, in September of 1831. Will executors were Mary and eldest son Robert.
