children listed are Mary, Lucinda, John, Richard and Leah, (does not mean that is all his children that is the only children listed in the probate documents maybe others not listed)
is this the Robert married to Margaret Hays?
Nicholas' children i have as wife Mary
Robert b. ca1810
Joseph b ca 1814
Richard b ca 1824
Rebecca and Christina? possibly-these allender females purchased stuff in Mary's probate records. may also be more children
i am thinking on the 1830 census Robert and his family are living with Nicholas, not likely Nicholas had so young children, Richard was listed as minor in will and he would have been 6,
and the 2 under 5 should be Robert's, we know one of Robert's children died young as there was a bill for small coffin in 1841.
and one of the girls 20-30 would be Robert's wife and the other 2 nicholas' daughter and 1 15-20 also nicholas' daughter. so we are missing 3 girls names for Nicholas' daugheters,
